1. Printed Journals
Printed journals are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Emberloop currently ships printed journals within Canada and to the United States. For orders shipped to the United States, additional duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges may apply depending on the shipping service, destination, and applicable import requirements. Any applicable charges that are not included in the amount paid at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Emberloop may use Canada Post, UPS, or another shipping carrier depending on the order and destination.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped based on product availability and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout based on the destination and order, where available. Customers can select from the available options.
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or circumstances outside Emberloop’s control.
3. Tracking
Tracking information will be provided when available for the selected shipping service.
4. Incorrect Address
We use personal information as reasonably necessary to process and fulfill orders, deliver digital products, send order confirmations and purchase-related messages, provide customer support, improve our website and services, prevent fraud or unauthorized activity, and meet legal obligations.

5. Damaged Packages

6. Digital Journals
Digital journals are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped.
A download link and instructions will be provided after payment is confirmed.
7. Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery timeframe, or experience another delivery issue, please contact Emberloop and we will work with you to investigate the issue with the applicable carrier.
