Refund & Return Policy

1. Policy
At Emberloop, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy depends on whether you purchased a digital or printed journal.
2. Digital Journals
Digital journals are non-refundable and non-returnable after purchase, except where required by applicable law or where there is a genuine problem with the digital file or its delivery.
Digital journals are delivered electronically as PDF files and are intended for personal use.
If you cannot access your download, receive an incomplete or corrupted file, or experience another genuine delivery problem, please contact Emberloop and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
3. Printed Journals
We accept returns of unused printed journals within 10 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the journal must be unused, unwritten in, undamaged, and in its original condition.
4. Return Process
Please contact Emberloop within 10 days of receiving your order before sending an item back.
For a change-of-mind return, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please use a tracked service; we can’t refund the lost parcels on the way back to us. If the returned item doesn’t meet the conditions, we may send it back to you at your cost.
Refused or unclaimed packages may be returned to us, and the shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact Emberloop within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to customer use or handling, such as writing in the journal, spills, or other accidental damage, is not considered an arrival defect or change-of-mind return.
6. Cancellations
For printed orders, cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. If an order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process will apply.
Digital journal purchases are delivered electronically and generally cannot be cancelled after purchase, except where required by applicable law or where there is a genuine problem with the digital product or its delivery.
7. Important
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation, refund, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
